I have been doing ton of search of cute and good layout that makes visitor attract and back more often. There is a web designer that I love her design but her services is quite expensive for me. Do any of you gals knows where I can hire web designer for very affordable prices? I just want to have a layout with cute icon on top, of course the header is like a home that has mom and baby on it.
