It was once featured in a book that one of the main reasons people fail at being healthy and living an energetic or vibrant lives is that they have problems having that good night’s rest. Of course, everybody knows that sleep is important, albeit CRUCIAL even to achieve good health.

For those who want to sleep better, here are some tips that can make it easier to wake up to a nice morning after a good night’s sleep:

  • Have warm milk, oats, turkey, almonds, or bananas for dinner
  • Avoid drinking alcohol or eating approximately 2 hours before going to bed
  • Set the mood of the bedroom
  • Chill (relax yourself)
  • Still your mind, shoo away other concerns
  • Have a nice morning workout
