When school ended last March 2011, school administrators especially in private schools immediately started to engage in streamer and poster printing. They wanted to prepare for the next school year. So they started putting up streamers and posters because as much as possible, they wanted to have increased enrollees.
Now, only a few days left before the School Year 2011 – 2012 starts. I wonder if schools have increased enrollees this year as most students from private schools have resorted to public schools due to tuition fee hikes.
