While I was still working, I was always required to go to Manila and report to our Head Office for our monthly meeting. It was exciting but most of the time exhausting. But now, most companies are starting to adapt with the new technologies like using conference calls when meeting with staffs. In this way, they don’t need to spend money for transportation and other necessities when travelling employees. They can talk from where they are and still plan for the company’s future.
