People just have different interests. That is because we have different personalities and skills that enable us to do a variety of things.
While others are great doctors or engineers or artists, there are people who have deep empathy towards other people. These are the kinds of workers that would do well in Help Desk Specialist Jobs. They have the ability to listen and also the propensity to help others. They are very patient.
There are also those who try out these kinds of jobs but they do not last long because they do not know how to empathize towards others.
